Will Tallman (R-Adams/Cumberland) and majority members of the House Education Committee. The bills may now be considered by the full House.

HARRISBURG – In an effort to extend protections to Pennsylvania residents who use out-of-state pharmacies that regularly do business with customers from the Commonwealth, Rep. The committee vote was 15-10, along party lines. House Bill 466 now heads to the full House of Representatives for consideration, with a vote expected later this week.
