WHAT:   Three Republican lawmakers will hold a news conference Monday afternoon to announce plans for a discharge petition involving a bill now before the state House of Representatives.  
 
WHO:   Reps. Mike Jones (R-York), Scott Barger (R-Blair/Huntingdon) and Marc Anderson (R-York).

WHEN:   Monday, Sept. 28, at 1:30 p.m.
