WHAT: Rep. Tim Hennessey (R-Chester/Montgomery), chairman of the House Transportation Committee, will be a panelist at the City & State Pennsylvania Transportation Summit in Harrisburg. Discussion will focus on sustainable transportation systems that include upgrades to public transit and rail service to improve traffic flow and efficiency, and greater use of new technologies and alternative fuels to power vehicles.
