MONTROSE – Reps. Jonathan Fritz (R- Susquehanna/Wayne) and Tina Pickett (R-Bradford/Sullivan/Susquehanna) are co-hosting a Concealed Carry Castle Doctrine Seminar in Montrose on Thursday, Oct. 14. The free event will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Bridgewater Church, located at 10142 State Route 167 in Montrose.

“Residents continue to express interest in these events, which include informative presentations about their rights as firearm owners, situations in which the Castle Doctrine may apply, and additional intricacies about Pennsylvania’s gun laws,” Pickett said. “Each of the seminars we’ve held in recent years has been very well attended, with lots of great questions.”

Registration is required for this event. Those who wish to attend can call Fritz’s Montrose office at 570-278-3374 or RSVP online by visiting www.repfritzpa.com/events, or call Pickett’s Towanda office at 570-265-3124.

“We are really excited to once again hold in-person events and give our communities continued opportunities to learn valuable information surrounding our Second Amendment Rights,” said Fritz. “My staff and I look forward to seeing everyone and encourage residents to come out and join us!”
