WHAT: The House State Government Committee will meet to consider three pieces of legislation, including a resolution to end the current COVID-19 Proclamation of Disaster Emergency, which was imposed more than a year ago.
WHO: Chairman Seth Grove (R-Dover) will be joined by members of the committee to consider the following bills, as well as any other matters to come before the committee:

House Bill 117: Would clarify which types of audits the Department of Auditor General conducts, and what professional qualifications its employee must possess in order to work on various types of audits.
•
House Resolution 106: Would terminate in part the Proclamation of Disaster Emergency relating to the COVID-19 pandemic issued on the March 6, 2020.
•
Senate Bill 106: Would amend the state Constitution to change how the lieutenant governor is selected in Pennsylvania by more closely aligning the process of selecting the lieutenant governor with how the vice president of the United States is selected during federal elections.
