WHAT: Due to the likelihood of a potential, fast-tracked COVID-19 vaccine and as the prime sponsor of the PA Vaccine Informed Consent Protection Act (House Bill 286), State Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) will host a state Capitol news conference in support of medical freedom and the Right to Refuse for all Pennsylvania citizens.
WHO: Metcalfe, Senator Doug Mastriano, state lawmakers and the following legal, medical and policy experts: Patricia Finn, Esq.; Dr. James Neuenschwander, M.D.; PA Coalition for Informed Consent Director Charmaine Rusin; and James Lyons-Weiler, PhD.
