Barrar, House Committee to Vote on Bill to Offer Education Benefits to Families of National Guard Members

WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will hold a committee meeting to vote on House Bill 1324. The bill, which Barrar co-sponsored with Rep. Chris Sainato (D-Lawrence), would create the College Tuition Grant Program for the spouse or children of Pennsylvania National Guard members who reenlist for an additional six years.
