WHAT: The bridge carrying State Route 3004 over the Allegheny River in Roulette Township, Potter County, is being designated the SSG Gerrith Kibbe Memorial Bridge. Kibbe enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961 and served with the 98th Maintenance Company, 86th Maintenance Battalion within Army operations. He was killed on June 24, 1967, while on duty in South Vietnam.

WHO: Rep. Martin Causer (R-Cameron/McKean/Potter); Chuck Dillon of Sen. Cris Dush’s office; Mike Pepper, Potter County director of Veterans Affairs; Chaplain John Kallerson, Col., United States Army, retired; Barry Hayman, Potter County commissioner; family members of U.S. Army SSG Gerrith L. Kibbe; area veterans; and community members.

WHEN: Saturday, June 4, at 1 p.m.
