Lewis DelRosso, Others to Announce Passage of Early Detection of Alzheimer’s Law
WHAT: State Rep. Carrie Lewis DelRosso (R-Allegheny/Westmoreland) will host a joint press conference with the Alzheimer’s Association, the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and others who played a part in getting the Early Detection and Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or a Related Disorder Act signed into law.
Act 9 of 2022 will shed more light on cognitive diseases and create a structure to unite patients and health care providers around cognitive concerns that will lead to an earlier diagnosis of the disease.
